The DeBonair Difference

When you become a DeBonair Custom Cleaning Client, you will immediately sense a difference in the level of customer service you will receive.  You will be able to effectively communicate with the owner, Debbie Viverito, as well as DeBonair Cleaning Associates.

Becoming a Weekly or Bi-Weekly DeBonair Client

Upon receiving a call or an email from you, DeBonair will schedule a meeting with you in your home and listen to your individual needs and concerns regarding a cleaning service. We will take a tour of your home with you while you point out areas of concern that are especially important to you. After the tour, the DeBonair Checklist will be reviewed with you, our cleaning products discussed, cleaning methods and answer any questions you may have. A specific day will then be determined with you to have your home cleaned within 1 - 2 weeks. Most homes do require an initial deep clean which will be discussed prior scheduling. DeBonair does not clean monthly clients, one-time or move in/move out cleanings.

What Does DeBonair Clean Each and Every Visit?

The DeBonair checklist is used to train cleaning associates and it guarantees you will have a thoroughly cleaned home upon each and every visit. After an initial deep clean, we will rotate cleaning the blinds, baseboards, ceiling fans and doors. All other items on the checklist are cleaned upon each visit. The master sheets are changed upon request and all other beds are made. After cleaning, DeBonair cleaning associates will indicate the items cleaned, date, sign and leave the completed checklist behind for your review when you get home. Cleaning Associates will keep a copy of the checklist to serve as a reminder for the next cleaning.  View our checklist.

Reminder Calls and Follow Up's

You will receive a reminder and follow-up email the weekend before your scheduled cleaning.  The email asks for feedback to make sure you are a satisfied client.  DeBonair encourages feedback and shares the feedback with the cleaning associate.

DeBonair Quality Assurance

DeBonair’s Recruiting and Quality Manager will periodically spot check while an associate is cleaning your home. This helps DeBonair make certain all items are spotless when you return.  The owner of DeBonair will also follow up with you after each and every cleaning to make sure all of your expectations are met.

Our Cleaning Associates

DeBonair's recruiting niche has been stay at home moms that need extra income for their families but also very flexible hours.  This niche, along with references check, background check and drug testing, enables DeBonair to offer a higher caliber individual that is mature, responsible and detailed oriented.   DeBonair's image is not only based upon the quality of work that we provide, but it is also based upon the caliber of person we employ.  All cleaning associates are fully trained by DeBonair's owner using our detailed checklist.   DeBonair does not send traditional cleaning teams into our client homes.  Cleaning Associates work independently and clean only one home per day only.  All cleaning associates speak and write in English and are bonded and insured.
